Program
Magic Mulch LLC sends text messages about quote requests, job scheduling, appointment reminders, invoices and occasional seasonal service reminders to customers who have given us their number and agreed to be texted.
How you join
You opt in by submitting our quote request form with the consent box ticked, by texting us first, or by asking us in person or on a call to text you.
Message frequency
Varies. A typical job is a handful of messages: a reply to your enquiry, a confirmation, a reminder before we arrive, and an invoice.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for texts.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will get one confirmation that it worked, and nothing after that.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
